Progress on the Inside
Well the Friday night lights beckoned as we watched Lake Travis dismantle Dripping Springs (a.k.a. "the Drip"), so yesterday's pictures are posted below. Inside we're down to some final missing pieces which are coming in, touchup painting, hooking up the gas appliances, and finishing the landscaping work. We should be complete by next Friday.

Fast and Furious- Electricity, Driveway, Front Porch Stairs, Carpeting
Amazing progress this week as we wind on down to the end. We've had enough good weather in between storms to get the driveway concrete poured and the landscaping work to begin. It features steps up to the porch, a crushed granite walkway, and rock walls for the beds.
And inside all the electrical hookups could be tested now that electricity is flowing. Carpeting has been put in place on the stairs and 2nd floor, and the flooring for the garage apartment is being finished.
Here's today's batch of photos. Unfortunately I was so excited with the outside progress I don't have good indoor shots. I save that for tomorrow.

Wood Flooring Now Installed

Driveway Preparation, Plumbing, Propane Tank
We went out to the house yesterday and took a new batch of photos. The plumbers made great progress as they put the faucet and tub fittings around the house. We now have flowing water from the faucets! Also the driveway is being prepared for the concrete pour which will happen tomorrow weather permitting. And the Propane tank has been delivered and will be plumbed this week.
